Opening laundry room earlier. Also making sure employees using machines remove their items promptly after cycles end.
Beautiful scenery, maintenance of beach area every day, members activities, especially the pancake breakfast. Nice employees too!

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, our experience was one of sheer delight. Being lakeside, with the experience of such beautiful nature, whether in solitude or at the outdoor fireplace, allowed our worldly cares to cease for some time.

It would appear that social gatherings like the breakfast, sundae special, and Sangria times were either canceled or not attended. It would be nice if they could be scheduled at a more convenient time to accommodate more guests. I would suggest finding an event that would be more appealing to more guests. Every time we have attended, we have found new acquaintances and have enjoyed meeting new people.
The most appealing aspect was its quiet, great place to meditate and reflect on life while overlooking the lake, trees, and mountains. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were definite perks. Meeting new people and making new friends was also a definite benefit. However, being on a unit that overlooks the lake was the best ever. Not all units do that, but the few that have that advantage were the icing on the cake.

When we come back , we likely want a room a bit farther from the highway.
Overall , it was a wonderful stay.

Great views and great amenities! Be aware these rentals are part of a timeshare community and not a motel, something I was unaware of at booking. It made a difference in my cost. It might in yours as well.
