The room decor is spot on of what a room in Tahoe should be. Room away from the road was great.

Enjoyable. I do want to point out a few things though. 1) the gate to the jacuzzi was locked last night and no one could get their card to work. Our card didn't work there the night before either but someone left the gate open.
There is a rip in the ottoman. Should we aware to fix it.

The age of the furniture and the entertainment units is apparent and in need up updating.

The kitchen cabinets really should be updated. Also, lower the microwave, as it was out of reach for some family members. (We were in unit 15)

This place is a dream, from the location to the staff- it is perfection. Rooms are surprisingly accommodating, which I was concerned about given sq footage. We did 5 easily in a 2bd. The location on the lake, with a beach and 2 hot tubs, is ideal. Even the pool was accessible for a winter cold plunge after hot tubing. Larger towns located 15 mins each way, and a smaller quaint shopping area within walkable distance. Best of all, the staff are focused on customer service and the guest experience. I cannot say enough about how welcome they made me feel, and how responsive they were to my every question or need. They went out of their way, and it made a huge impact. I plan to return!

Even though the Grand Pacifica had some mistake about the reservation,, the front desk and the manager Erin at Red Wolfe Lodge Lakeside was so helpful and efficiently coordinate, arrange the club Tahoe for us to stay. We have a wonderful experience for this family reunion trip at Tahoe!.

It has been great. The front office and maintenance person, Zach, have been amazing.
After we leave unit 21 does need a couple of things. The timer switch on the fireplace is broken, the sliding glass door doesn’t lock and the wheels are completely worn out. Need to be replaced. It’s hard to slide.
