Pool access-lock on gate didn't open. Pilot light in room kept it too warm. Leaf blower too loud-broom would provide workout and quiet

Great service and accommodations!

We did have a couple of maintenance requests that were not completed while we were there. Bubble tub wasn't working and light over stove was out.
Beautiful location on the lake. Even though the weather was colder and rainier than we expected, we enjoyed watching the lake. And finally being able to take the kayaks out once the sun came through was great!

I hoped for a small weight room, especially since the weather was not great.

In your welcome letter, let guests know that robes are available by request. We did not think they had to be requested and therefore did not use the spas or pool. Kailee was very kind once we found out, and she brought them to us Saturday late afternoon, but at that time, we needed to pack and were too tired to indulge. Had we known earlier, we would have enjoyed using the water amenities during the week.
I love the location, the friendliness of the staff and guests, and of course the amenities, and the beach at lakeside. Unfortunately this year, the weather did not cooperate until our last day of stay.
