Policy (Local Time):
The remaining balance plus tax will be collected by the resort also at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date or you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Room moves may be required.
***NOTE: There is an age requirement of at least 21 years of age to book and check-in at the resort.
The Redwolf Lakeside Lodge is now a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted on the patio of the rental unit.
Check-in Procedure:
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required
upon check-in for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to
availability upon check-in.
No smoking and no pets are allowed.
There is a $5 per day (non taxable) Resort Fee that will be collected at the
resort at the time of departure for the days booked. This includes Recreational
Equipment Check Out, Light Housekeeping Services, Incoming Faxes, Selected
Scheduled Activities & Local Area Discounts.
Late Check-in Procedure:
The resort front desk is open between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and open between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. If checking in after hours, please go to front desk for late arrival instructions.
